Clementine Lovell

Clementine has a huge range of experience producing, programming and facilitating creative projects, as well as writing and performing her own music. Her background includes founding and developing Pop-Up Opera, a highly respected touring company which made a significant impact on the UK opera scene, engaging a new audience for the art form. She has co-produced work with international opera houses and commissioned and produced a new work in the Linbury Theatre at the Royal Ballet and Opera. Her artist development work includes running the Residencies programme at Britten Pears Arts. She is currently recording an album, and also leads a community choir for women. Clementine believes in the transformative power of music, and in making it accessible to all. She will bring this ethos, together with her significant skills in leadership, collaborative working, partnership building, strategic planning, artistic vision and creative output, to the role of trustee.
